What's Included

Initial Consultation (1 h 3Omin to 2 hours):

In-depth video call session to discuss your bar’s concept, target audience, and desired beverage program direction. ​

 

Bespoke Cocktail Menu Development:

Creation of up to 12 custom cocktails that uniquely reflect your brand identity. ​​​

 

Menu Layout and Branding Consultation:

Bespoke design for your cocktail menu, along with recommendations for branding integration.

Implementation Guidance Document:

— Step-by-step instructions on how to introduce the new cocktails to your staff and customers.

— Expert advice on setting profitable prices that reflect value and attract customers.

— Guidance on storage and usage practices to reduce waste and maintain ingredient quality.

— Guidance on maintaining inventory levels and efficient stock management.

— Recommendations for reputable suppliers of premium ingredients and professional tools.

Staff Training (3 hours):​

Comprehensive training on mixology techniques, presentation, and upselling strategies. ​

 

Monthly Consultation (for 6 months):

Ongoing consultation to monitor performance, make seasonal updates, and refine your program. ​

 

VIP Event (Optional):

Our mixologist will work an exclusive bartending shift of up to 8 hours for your special event. Our designer will come along to create curated content of the event for your social media (photos & videos). *For events outside London, transportation fees will be added.

Timeline

Our timeline provides an estimated duration for your project, giving you a clear view of each stage. Although final delivery dates may vary based on client feedback and revisions, we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

Monthly follow-up consultations for fine-tuning and support. ​

 

VIP Event (Optional):
