Mixology By Design was co-founded by the Italo-Brazilian couple Boris and Renata.

Boris is an experienced professional in the bartending and mixology industry, with over thirteen years of experience working in some of London’s most prestigious bars, clubs, and hotels. His career has also taken him to Australia and Italy, where he further honed his craft. Boris has completed multiple courses in mixology and is well-versed in cocktail creation. Currently, he works as the Head Mixologist at Giannino Mayfair, a fine-dining restaurant located near Oxford Street in the heart of London.

Renata is a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer with a bachelor’s degree from Ravensbourne University London. Since 2018, she has worked with a wide range of businesses and individuals crafting premium and refined assets for globally renowned brands. With a background that includes travelling around the world and experience in a fast-paced branding agency, Renata combines her entrepreneurial spirit with her design expertise to deliver impactful visual solutions from initial strategy to final outcome.
